I had a great weekend!! My scentsy party was awesome, got to hang out with friends and we ended up only having to go to Springfield on Sunday!!! I think I did pretty good with my eating this weekend. Of course, I wasn't perfect but I think I did good.

So this week is super busy for me, on one hand I'm excited about it, but on the other it stresses me out having so much planned. But, by the grace of God, I'll get through it. Saturday we are having a party for my sister and her new husband so I'm excited. I have to make 2 cheesecakes for it and that is my favorite thing in this entire world. I would like to think that I'll stay away from them, but I know me and I won't. As soon as it gets cut I'll be digging in. Maybe I should hang my skirt up in the living room so I can see it all night!!

  1. I can relate to how hard it can be when your favorite food is around. I spent the weekend at my parent's house with all my moms homecooking and sweets and it was hard. I caved more than I wish I had. But all is not lost...I can make good choices today. Do your best...maybe eat half of a slice so you can still taste it but don't overindulge!

Enjoy a few bites of cheesecake.. know your limits though..also you could prepare something healthy to take to the party as well.. a big bowl of fruit.... something you can indulge in with out the aftermath!!! lol..This weekend my family wanted pizza.. I orderd a large pizza 1/4 veggie, 3/4 with everything... half the cheese on the entire pizza.. and you know what I had a slice and enjoyed I did not eat slice after slice..

  3. Great job! Cheesecake is hard to resist especially when you do all the hard work of making it, so I would just eat a lighter dinner and enjoy some. My weekend was a bridal shower and bachlorette party, so it was filled with bad choices - ice cream, spinach artichoke dip, and vodka. I think I did dance some of the calories off though.
