What to eat

So yesterday I was snacking all day...yes it was fruit and other healthy food but still I was eating all day. It's that time of the month where all I want to do is eat and eat. I don't know what to do about it. I'm proud of myself for choosing health choices yesterday but I need some ideas for good snacks that hopefully will stop me from grazing like a cow. I can't do this every month, so if you have any ideas please let me know!! Hope everyone has a great hump day!!

  1. I found that writting down what I am actually eating...and umm being honest enough to truthfully write down everything, helps me not snack as much.. I am trying to eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours.. Breakfast, snack, Lunch, snack, supper,snack.... Some healthy snacks .. Try putting grapes in the freezer yummy frozen grapes.. Mini Carrots, Cucumer slices, Cottage cheese, Yogurt, Oranges, any fruit.. Whole wheat english muffin with Natural Peanut butter, homemade trail mix, Drink lots of water it helps.. Good luck... My biggest hurtle is eating at night, once the kids are in bed and the house is quiet...Munch munch munch... But replacing "Bad" foods with healthy choices is a great step in the right direction!!! WAY TO GO!!!!

  2. I don't think grazing is a bad thing, really, if you're eating healthy foods the whole time. I think it's great that you're listening to your body. I mean, if you're really hungry, then eat! If you're eating for other reasons (boredom, stress), then you should find other non-food ways to fill your needs.

  3. I graze on the healthy stuff all day too...and that's spendy because fruits and veggies are expensive.

  5. You did a good job for picking healthy options. This time of the month is hard. You also did a great job when your horrible best friend called and asked you to go to the doughnut shop LOL
